Recipe 1: Grilled Salmon with Asparagus Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 pound of asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus and toss them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and the juice of half a lemon.
  4. Brush the grill with the remaining olive oil and place the salmon fillets and asparagus on the grill.
  5. Grill the salmon for 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through, and grill the asparagus for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
  6. Serve the salmon and asparagus together, garnished with lemon wedges.
